Purpose:
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is holding this Public Hearing & Webinar to discuss the Draft Tentative Five Year Work Program for all FDOT projects planned for Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River Counties in Fiscal Years 2019/2020 through 2023/2024.
 
This public hearing is being conducted pursuant to Section 339.135(4)(c), Florida Statutes, as amended.
 
The hearing will begin at 6:30 pm with a presentation explaining the FDOT’s work program process followed by a presentation of the Draft Tentative Work Program of projects to occur between July 1, 2019 and June 30, 2024 in Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St Lucie, and Indian River counties. This public hearing also will include consideration of proposed projects for the Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise System, as applicable.

Project materials will be available for review on the FDOT website prior to the hearing. 
 
Persons who wish to submit materials in addition to or in place of verbal comments may submit those to: Gerry O'Reilly, District Four Secretary, 3400West Commercial Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309.  All materials submitted within a ten day period after the public hearing will be included in the record of this public hearing.
