Purpose: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites you to attend a Corridor Alternatives public meeting concerning the Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study for State Road (S.R.) 75 (U.S. 231) from south of U.S. 98 to S.R. 20 in Bay County [Financial Project Identification Number: 217910-2-22-01]. This meeting will include a short presentation, followed by an informal open house. Maps, drawings, and other information will be on display. Representatives from FDOT will be available to explain proposed improvements, answer questions, and receive comments. This project will evaluate the need for improving the capacity and freight movements on U.S. 231 between U.S. 98 and S.R. 20. The improvements should also increase safety, augment emergency evacuation capabilities, facilitate tourism and the movement of people and goods, and enhance bicycle /pedestrian safety and access. The intent of this meeting is to present to the public and officials the results from the corridor analysis conducted on the proposed alternatives. Public input received will be incorporated into the final corridor report and will be used to help identify a recommended alternative(s) for further development.

US90A (9 Mile Road) Construction Public Meeting

Purpose:
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will hold a construction public information meeting concerning the State Road (S.R.) 10 (U.S. 90A/Nine Mile Road) multilane projects. Financial Project Identification Numbers: 218605-6-52-01, 218605-7-52-01 and 218605-3-62-01
 
The intent of these projects is to widen S.R. 10 (U.S. 90A/Nine Mile Road) to four lanes from County Road 99 (Beulah Road) to S.R. 95 (U.S. 29). Additional improvements will include constructing a new bridge over Eleven Mile Creek, sidewalks, stormwater retention ponds, signalization improvements and drainage enhancements. Work will begin September 2016 and is slated for completion fall 2018. 
 
Maps, drawings, and other information will be on display.  There will be no formal presentation; however, representations from FDOT will be available to discuss the improvements, answer questions and receive comments.
