The intent is to construct an 8-foot wide multi-use trail along the north side of S.R. 292 (Perdido Key Drive) with the western segment extending from the Alabama State Line to the west boundary of Perdido Key State Park and the eastern segment from the west boundary of Perdido Key State Park to Gongora Drive. Maps, drawings, and additional information will be on display. There will be no formal presentation, however; FDOT representatives will be available to discuss proposed improvements, answer questions, and receive comments. U.S. 98 (Navy Boulevard) PD&E Study Public Hearing

Purpose:
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will hold a public hearing concerning the Navy Boulevard PD&E Study from News Warrington Road (S.R. 295) to the Bayou Chico Bridge Tuesday, May 29, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. CDT at Brownsville Community Center, 3200 W. De Soto Street, Pensacola. The hearing will begin as an open house at 5:30 p.m., followed by a formal presentation at 6 p.m.
 
This hearing is being held to provide interested persons an opportunity to review the results of the study and to receive input on the proposed alternatives.
 
The intent of this project is to improve roadway, bicycle, pedestrian, transit, business accessibility, and parking. The project is to also encourage economic development, increase the level of service at intersections, land/streetscape, and improve drainage. Design is funded in FY 2018, construction is not funded at this time.
 
Maps, drawings, and additional information will be on display. FDOT Representatives will be available to discuss the proposed improvements, answer questions, and receive comments.

The intent of the project is to widen and reconstruct S.R. 61/369 (U.S. 319) from two to four lanes from Lost
Creek Bridge to south of East Ivan Road. Buffered bicycle lanes, downtown parking improvements, sidewalks,
and street lighting will also be included as part of this project. The project is not funded for right-of-way or
construction in the current FDOT Five-Year Work Program.

comments. Your comments are welcome and appreciated.

Right-of-way acquisition is required and funding anticipated to begin in Fiscal Years 2020-2021. The project is not yet funded for construction in the FDOT Five-Year Work Program.
